At the Gran Porto Real Playa del Carmen, our impressive full service SPA offers you many options for relaxation and rejuvenation including a steam bath, sauna, Jacuzzi,, cold plunge pool and a romantic “moon shine” massage area for two, along with a varied range of facials, body treatments and a wide selection of massage therapies as well as beauty salon services. Our facilities are divided into men’s and women’s areas with individual lockers. Robes and sandals are provided for your visit. While in our peaceful relaxing area, you can enjoy refreshing tropical fruit and healthy energy drinks.

From the moment that you enter SPAreal, you are surrounded by our unique atmosphere with soft lights and cool hand towels to soothe you, while you wait for a splendid flower or herb footbath and then your chosen treatment or massage. We boast a wide variety of traditional health treatments and alternative beauty techniques, as well as original SPAreal methods for you to enjoy a truly unique Mayan SPA experience.

You will need to make a reservation one day in advance for our popular SPAreal rituals. These include a selection of body treatments, massage therapies and hydrotherapy sessions. All treatments and services are at an additional cost.

SPAreal offers you other amenities including fresh fruit drinks, tea and fresh fruit.

You will receive extraordinary personalized attention from our staff of expert therapists and skin and beauty care professionals with every SPA and salon service.

Please inform our staff if you have any allergies, if you are pregnant or recovering from recent surgery; if you have fractured a bone or if you suffer high blood pressure or a heart condition. If you have any chronic health problem, it is necessary to have authorization from your physician before undergoing SPA treatments or therapies.

Reservations for SPA Services

To reserve by phone, please call the SPA at least 24 hours in advance. Walk-in appointments are subject to availability. We suggest you reserve in advance.

Deposit Required

It is necessary to make a ten-dollar deposit or 15% of the value of the package when reserving SPA services.

Registration

We suggest you arrive for your appointment at least 15 to 30 minutes before the appointed time.

Cancellation Policy

In consideration for the therapist and other SPA guests, cancellations and/or changes of appointments (including packages) must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
If you cancel within 8 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, you will be charged $25 dollars.
If you fail to attend your appointment, a charge of 50% of the price of the reserved service will be charged to your account.

Tips

Tips are not included; it is suggested to tip between 15% and 20%. Any extra gratuity is at the guest’s discretion.

Gift Certificates are available upon request for any service, package or dollar amount.

SPA Boutique

You will find products and accessories in our boutique so that you can “take away” the SPAreal experience and enjoy it at home.

Business Hours: SPAreal opens seven days a week from 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.

Fitness Center Hours: from 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.

SPA Services Hours: from 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.

Required Age: Guests must be over 18.

We suggest to our guests that they wear swim suits and we remind you that proper shoes and apparel are required to use the fitness center.

All-Inclusive guests are entitled to use the gym and hydrotherapy facilities at no additional charge.
